Where do I get my existing licence key from?
If you have received a renewal reminder letter from us, then your existing licence key will be displayed on your letter as shown here:-

Alternatively, you can locate your existing licence key in the product itself by selecting 'Register your Alt-N products...' from the 'Help' menu as shown here, before selecting the appropriate tab on the window that pops up:-

Finally, you can also locate licence keys that you've previously purchased by accessing your 'Renewal Centre' or 'Your Orders' facility. Both of these options will require you to provide login details that you have previously been assigned when placing orders in the past.
