3CX Partner requirements

• You must be involved in the sale and support of IT services and solutions to your own customer base
• You must be planning to sell 3CX based solutions to your own customers
• You must not supply commercial VoIP solutions based on the free version of 3CX
• You must be able to commit to start making licence sales within 6 months of becoming a 3CX Partner
• You must be able to offer support to your customers that you sell 3CX based solutions to
• You must be able to add some 3CX information (a logo and paragraph of information) to your own company's website (this is only applicable to those with commercial websites)
• You must be familiar with the technical aspects and features of a VoIP solution based on 3CX:-
  • VoIP infrastructure, benefits and requirements
  • The 3CX licencing, pricing and support model
  • Installing 3CX
  • Configuring handsets
  • Placing and accepting internal calls
  • Firewalling requirements
  • Configuring SIP lines
  • Placing and accepting external calls through SIP lines
  • How to integrate PSTN lines with 3CX using a VoIP Gateway device
  • Set-up of call routing, DID/DDI and groups
  • Voice menu configuration
  • Voicemail options
  • Setting up forwarding
  • Configuring office hours
  • 3CX's logging options
  • Set-up custom voice prompts
  • 3CX VoIPClient (v5)
  • Recommending suitable SIP providers
  • Sourcing suitable hardware
• Ideally you would also plan to use 3CX in your own business
